The bachelorette party has several
different names around the globe like kitchen tea, pamper party,
stagette, or hen night. They are all ways to describe the bachelorette
and her celebration of her last night of getting a little wild before
she settles into her new role as married lady. The bachelor has
always had wild parties for many generations but now the bachelorettes
are doing their own thing.
It is usually up to the maid of honor to take care of planning
the party for the bachelorette. This party can can be either in
someone's home or at a local restaurant or bar and can be either
an evening around town or a getaway for the weekend. Party games
for your bachelorette party are always a way to bring fun to the
party and gives the guests a chance to be playful. The following
are a couple ideas you might want to use for your party.
Game NO. 1 is called 'Balloon Pass' and is a great game if your
party is held at someone's home because it is a relay race. After
making up teams, the long balloons will be sandwiched between the
legs of the person who will be starting the race for each team.
The balloon will be passed along to each team member without any
hands being involved and the quickest team who passes it without
breaking the balloon is the winner.
Game NO. 2 is called 'Banned Words' and is a great game for either
at home or if your party is on the town. It is very simple and is
just a list of frequently used words that relate to the couple or
the wedding that cannot be used while at the party. For example,
the list can be words like bride, wedding, groom, etc. If someone
gets caught using the word that is on the banned list the have to
either do a dare, take a drink or pay a fine. "Punishments
" you choose can be creative and even naughty.
Game NO. 3 is called 'Fit the Condom' and is a very naughty game
for the party that is either at someone's home or out on the town.
This is a very simple concept. The prize will go to the player who
can unwrap and put a condom correctly onto a zucchini, cucumber
or banana. That is pretty straight forward. Oh yes, they must do
this with their hands behind their backs.
Game NO. 4 is called 'I Never' and is a great game for drinking
which makes it good for either get-a-ways or at someone's home.
All you will ever need for this game is plenty of good alcohol.
The jest of the game is for the players to take turns and will say
'I never…' as a way to telling something they have never actually
done. If there is a player in the group that has done this , then
they will need to drink. This gets pretty interesting as the game
goes on and many things come out that you would not have ever known.
These are things that should stay with the bachelorette party.
Game NO. 5 is called 'Pin the Tail on the Model' and is a game
taken after the old children's party game, 'Pin the Tale on the
Donkey'. This time each guest is blindfolded and after being spun
around a couple times is directed in the vicinity of the picture
where they will attach the tail, who knows where. The person who
ends up closest to the target area will win the prize. The picture
will not be a donkey but rather a lovely hunky male model, preferably
naked and the tail will be not a tail but something much more interesting
and fun and naughty. Can you take a guess?
